Days after Suzuki Queensland issued a recall for the Suzuki Jimny, a nationwide recall has been published for the same potential defect.

The affected vehicles were built in 2018 or 2019, but may have been sold later.

The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: “Due to a manufacturing defect, the fuel pump impeller may swell and cause the fuel pump to stop working.”
