The Velocifero Jump Has A 5kW Motor And 2.8kWh Battery
Getting right into the nitty-gritty, the Jump employs a 5kW (peak; 7 horsepower) electric motor, which produces 129 pound-feet. It’s mounted directly at the rear wheel and enables a top speed of 56 miles per hour. There are no gears to confuse you–just twist the wrist and you’re off.
The motor is partnered with a 2.8kWh battery pack said to be good for 52 miles of range (at a constant speed of ~35 miles per hour) or 74 miles (at ~28 miles per hour). Recharging is via a supplied AC charger and there’s no option for a battery swap. It won’t be everyone’s cup of tea either, since the pack weighs 44 pounds. Zero to full charge takes between five to six hours, meanwhile.
As for underpinnings, the motorcycle is built around a tubular steel chassis. It suspends on upside-down forks and a monoshock with a Pro-Link system. Topping this is a set of 12-inch alloy wheels. They come wrapped in chunky tires and house single 220 mm disc brakes at both ends. Thanks to the simple construction, all of it weighs just 212 pounds (ready to go).

This might be a mini bike, but Velocifero has thrown in a handful of features here. The centerpiece is a five-inch TFT instrument cluster that shows all necessary information and comes replete with three ride modes (Eco, Sport, Sport+). Also standard is all-LED lighting and what looks like a set of adjustable levers.
Coming to design, the entire bike has barely any bodywork. The tubular chassis is exposed to create a skeleton-like aesthetic, while the edgy lights ensure everything looks sleek. You can choose from three color options: red, black, and yellow.

However, as intriguing as this may seem, Velocifero has a limited presence in America. So the Jump is yet to go on sale here. Even if it were to debut here, we don’t think it would be anywhere near as affordable as the Navi. As a refresher, the Honda is priced at $1,807–just $200 more than an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB!
