The 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E will be available in not one but two new styles. The first is the ‘Rally’ grade, which I’ve seen in the new ‘Glacier Gray’ color, and the second is a ‘Bronze Appearance Package.’ The latter will be available on the GT grade, and recently, I saw it in the new ‘Eruption Green’ color. Here are my first impressions of the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package:
Design & features
The 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package offers a distinctive styling in the new Eruption Green paint. However, for customers who prefer to stick to conventional colors, it is also available in Shadow Black and Star White Metallic Tri-Coat colors. I like this model’s special 20-inch Sinister Bronze wheels, which shimmer along with the elegant shade of green.
Ford has equipped the 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package with “Mach-E 4X” door badges and a rear GT badge, both outlined in Sinister Bronze. The faux mesh front grille also carries a bronze color. Inside, while the outgoing Mustang Mach-E GT has an 8-way power driver’s seat, the 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package has a 10-way power driver’s seat.
I’m six feet tall, and from my experience, I can say that ingress and egress in the front of the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package are pretty easy. I felt that the new driver’s seat offered good lumbar support, but its under-thigh support was okay. The headroom was good, too. In the back, while my knees were slightly up, I had sufficient legroom. The headroom was decent, too.
Powering the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package are two motors, one for the front wheels and one for the rear, producing 480 hp and 600 lb.-ft. of torque. These motors get their juice from a 91 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which I expect to deliver an EPA-estimated range of around 270 miles.
The Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package benefits from two mechanical upgrades to the Mustang Mach-E GT for the 2024 model year as well: MagneRide adaptive suspension and red-painted, Brembo-branded front brake calipers with 385-millimeter ventilated rotors. So far, these features have been exclusive to the Mustang Mach-E GT Performance edition.
The 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package will carry a sticker price of USD 60,990 and become available to order online soon.
