What’s New On The 2024 Royal Enfield Hunter 350
Taking the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach, RE has introduced two new liveries for the Hunter 350. These are called Dapper O and Dapper G. The first one comprises a deep orange–almost red–finish, complete with bright orange accents on the tank, battery cover, and color-matched pinstripes. Whereas, the second boasts deep green paint in the same places. Again, bright green accents–on the wheels, tank, and battery cover–wrap up the livery. It’s worth noting both bikes also have color-matched finishes for the ‘Royal Enfield’ lettering on the tank.
Not a fan? Then, you’d be happy to know no previous color has been discontinued. You can still have the Hunter in:
- Dapper White
- Dapper Ash
- Dapper Grey
- Rebel Black
- Rebel Blue
- Rebel Red
In case you forgot, the Rebel range comes with a dual-tone finish on the tank. It’s also the priciest.
What’s Unchanged On The 2024 Royal Enfield Hunter 350
Everything else remains unchanged. So you get Royal Enfield’s trusty 348cc, single-cylinder powerhouse that thumps out 20 horsepower and 20 pound-feet. The power reaches the wheel via a six-speed transmission, and there are no rider aids to rob you of the low-end grunt. That might not sound like a lot, but the J-series engine is properly fun for city duties, as we discovered while riding the Hunter.
As for underpinnings, the motorcycle hides a steel double-cradle chassis–reminiscent of the Classic 350. This is tied to 41 mm telescopic forks and dual shock absorbers, each paired with sporty 17-inch alloy wheels. Single disc brakes, with Bybre calipers, help this 399-pound roadster come to a halt.
Like all else, the Hunter keeps things simple in the feature department. You get a semi-digital instrument cluster, which shows trip meters, fuel level, speed, time, and gear position. Bulb-type lights are present all around, along with a USB port. We think RE could’ve at least given an all-LED headlight for 2024, at least in the top Rebel variant.

Yes, you read that right. In typical RE fashion, the new colors of the roadster are only available in its local Indian market for now. There’s no word when these will reach the global market, or whether they are India-only options. Anyway, you’d be happy to know the Hunter 350 is currently on sale in North America. Prices start at $3,999 and go up to $4,199, making it the cheapest RE here.
